Too bad we can't give less than one star. Very bad experience at this “florist”. Order placed by telephone on the occasion of Mother's Day. The bouquet was to be delivered on Sunday May 26. At 2:30 p.m., still having no news and no follow-up on the bouquet, I decided to call the florist. After 4 calls, I finally got someone on the line. I explain to the latter that my mother has still not received her bouquet of flowers and the person responds coldly that the delivery man was unable to deliver to her and that the deliveries are finished for today. I asked for the reasons and they explained to me that my mother was not at home and that a calling notice had been left. However, no calling notice was left, no calls received from the delivery person and my mother was present at her home all day! I am picked up and told that the delivery man could not have known that she was at home?? I then ask how we can do it, and the lady tells me that they cannot iron twice for their customers but that exceptionally they would iron… Result: Surprise wasted because my mother had to go and collect her bouquet from them on Tuesday... (which was also very poorly received) In addition, the bouquet is not at all the one requested (photo “1” bouquet requested and photo “2” bouquet received) I am quite disappointed with their services as well as the tone in which they spoke to me! No commercial gesture made, €40 for a bouquet not delivered on time and no resemblance to the bouquet requested. It’s like I had just thrown money out the window… I would not come back to them for another occasion like this.

Very beautiful flowers, very beautiful bouquet. Unfortunately I had to receive it on Valentine's Day. I got it the next day, mistake on their part. 12€ delivery costs to have them on time but ultimately late. No commercial gesture in return. My partner and I are disappointed because the surprise was spoiled.

Excellent florist! We used the ars des fleurs for our wedding and it was a great success: - the white lisanthus were very beautiful - my very cute bouquet and in accordance with my request - the other bouquets were very beautiful and well prepared I highly recommend !

Finally a true artisan florist in POITIERS who knows how to stand out from other florists with their simple bouquet!

Interflora delivery delivered more than 24 hours late and also a calling card placed in the mailbox at the time of delivery indicating the date of the day before. Lack of seriousness, no compensation offered. Not very commercial
