I strongly advise against going to this lady. She was very unpleasant towards me when I simply asked her for information about returning a package. She spent her time telling me "I'm not going to spend 15 minutes explaining to you what I don't know, I'm a florist". If she doesn't know the principle of parcel relay, why offer this service? She made it clear to me that I was disturbing even though I had come to drop off a package and buy flowers. The two services that the store is supposed to offer. So I left with my package and without flowers. She is absolutely not friendly for a woman working in commerce.

Really this woman is hateful No sense of service or contact. We are clearly disturbing her. It reassures me to see that I'm not the only one who thinks that. She really needs to change jobs, it’s a disaster!!!!

Maybe it's time to abandon the parcel "service". You always made Madame feel that this bothered you. Smiling has always been optional but today it was the pompom! I didn't want to rely on what they say, I should have.

I arrived at 12:25 p.m. (it was clearly noted on the sign that it closed at 12:30 p.m.) to drop off a package, the lights were off and the saleswoman told me it was closed without even saying hello! I told her it was for a package, she ended up taking my package, insisting that it was closed, and that it was 12:30 p.m.! Saleswoman not pleasant at all, I leave and get into my car, it was 12:27 p.m. So Madame was in a hurry to poach, and apparently the packages really annoy her! I'm not ready to set foot there again, let alone buy her flowers!
