Outrageous experience with them!!!! I went through Interflora to deliver flowers for my mother, for her birthday, January 1st. The flowers delivered were not fresh at all - petals were missing and were very tired and damaged. The day after delivery they were good to throw away. What contempt on their part!!!! Furthermore, when receiving the bouquet, on the one hand it was damaged, but also ridiculously small!!! To top it all off, the delivery didn't go well. Terrible service! FLORIST TO ESCAPE. I was reimbursed by Interflora.

Void, delivery not made on June 4, 2023 even though delivery was confirmed by email at 7:45 p.m. No contact with the person to be delivered despite the telephone number provided. Obviously we will never work with you or Interflora again

I wanted to thank Eden Flore for their professionalism and speed. I ordered a “mourning” composition remotely. I had a welcoming and understanding person on the phone. The floral arrangement and messages written on the natural leaves were truly perfect.
