Unprofessional company. Initially, during the religious ceremony the coffin of our deceased was positioned upside down. The deceased's feet were towards the hotel. Secondly, a big typographical error (the letters as well as the numbers) on the stele of our deceased. Roc Eclerc notes their errors in the typography of the letters but the proposals developed by the Roc Eclerc company are scandalous. To this day, he offers us to rectify their errors but with an additional cost to us!!! I do not recommend Roc Eclerc. We must flee! So I let Roc Eclerc contact me by email to discuss this problem!
