Very bad experience! Never again ! I wanted to buy a bouquet that I wanted to compose and the employee was already pulling her head, I wanted to choose a flower to start the bouquet, she told me nastily: you don't start a bouquet like that!!!!! Then I point to what I want because the flowers are behind glass... she asks me the name of the flower nastily and while pulling her mouth and openly making me understand that "I'm getting her drunk". I left without buying anything because it was impossible to leave even that 1 euro given their professionalism…Welcome and lousy service! To avoid there are other florists in Cluses who are great!!!

Very bad experience. I go there to ask for a mourning ribbon and people get angry at me because the lady doesn't want to help me. As a customer I am very dissatisfied with this kind of behavior, the mentality that reigns there is worthy of kindergarten and the friendliness let's not even talk about it. VERY BAD MANAGEMENT STAFF AND VERY BAD WELCOME
