Regarding Interflora deliveries, please inquire with this site, last minute orders are honored, created, in agreement with the order giver, if the requested products are not in stock. It may happen that certain compositions have defects. Please let us know, face to face. My bouquet for Mother's Day was delivered the next day, which is understandable because my son was late to it but some flowers have already wilted, even though it is only Tuesday. At the price he paid for it, that's not very normal. Disappointed with the florist not my son.😄

Invited to my daughter's house for Mother's Day, she received in my presence, a bouquet from the Atelier des Fleurs de Villefranche, ordered by her husband on Interflora.fr. What a disappointment, a shame even in the absence of a scam because this bouquet was still delivered!! 1/ already, the bouquet was delivered at 3:30 p.m., not very professional (is this an oversight?). 2/ But the worst was the bouquet itself... my son-in-law had asked for peonies, there was only one.... and 1 pretty pink carnation and the 4 or 5 other colored ones brown, one of which was faded, 2 or 3 tiny roses, a little gypsophila and finally some foliage, especially foliage... The whole thing formed a bouquet made with amateurism with leftover flowers... I should point out that I am a former horticulturist -florist and that I know the issues of Mother's Day well but this is unacceptable. Besides, I also bought a bouquet for my daughter in Mâcon. The comparison was not to the advantage of the Atelier des Fleurs but above all the disappointment of my daughter and that of my son-in-law who had not paid for such a pathetic bouquet! He immediately made a complaint and this store will receive feedback from him because he took photos of this bouquet. Florists must get it into their heads that if an order is made by an Interflora-style company, the service must be honored perfectly because the customer pays high delivery costs and the person who receives the flowers is not a virtual person but a real customer! And on Mother's Day, a florist shouldn't deliver a bouquet like the one my daughter received!

During a parcel delivery, I was struck by the large choice of floral arrangements in Tergal and I left with a real crush on an elegant and modern proposal for my father's grave. Ps: I agree with one of the comments on parcel delivery, when you are in a hurry, there are Amazon lockers and others accessible 24/7.

I will no longer have my packages delivered there; I always get a bad reception when I don't go there for nothing. Lately there was a sign outside the door saying they wouldn't drop off packages before a certain time. It said “thank you for your understanding” but it’s still the same. I have already waited a long time in the store (priority to customers who buy flowers even if they are after us) only to be told that I could not collect my package at the moment. We move on purpose and we have to come back. I think we should no longer do parcel relays, it seems to be really restrictive.
