In the store it's very good! But outside the plants are poorly maintained, it's a mess, the pots have fallen and some flowers are dry and too tight. Too bad because there is a choice but poorly presented.

I went to the pet store for a bird..I found the staff very competent I received all the information I needed on maintenance so that the animal is in its best shape, clear explanations and The store is precise and well located and you can easily find space to park it. I highly recommend the animals are well maintained and the cages clean.

This evening I went to get some kibble for my dogs Already in one aisle there were no longer the kibbles that I usually take It happens I can understand 😌 On the other hand, for another large bag of kibble I benefited from 3 coupons of 3€ which could be combined. The cashier did her job by calling someone in an office who wouldn't take them from me Only one had to be passed So once paid I requested a refund because I didn't find it correct. It's easy to say no when you're in your office 😏 The cashiers have nothing to do with it, they are pleasant. So I went to buy them elsewhere and they took my 3 coupons as deductions Ultimately we prefer to lose the sale of a large bag of kibble instead of accepting coupons I find it a shame and not commercial.
