I had this nice surprise, I knew approximately the time at which I should receive a delivery, and in fact the slot was respected. The person I had who wasn't sure if they were in the right place was very friendly. The bouquet is very beautiful, well packaged. It was a nice surprise, and the service behind it is top notch :)
