You will either have to change jobs or do training in reception and advice. 1st time and last time I go to this store....deplorable welcome no smile, no advice.very limited choice.and expensive.I really had the impression of disturbing....it's a shame in full Christmas party.....in short

Shop and warm welcome, very pleasant and efficient staff. 2 regrets however: no more roses at 10 a.m. on Mother's Day and very high prices (eg: €29 for 5 peonies).
