our father and grandfather having died 2 years ago, you had already realized if we can say realizing! your speudos work of our father, and grandfather of the work not carried out according to the rules of the art! moreover you advertise on Television for 19 euros per month with no compassion for the deceased and their families A SHAME! After 6 years, the golden inscription on the ballot box began to fade, despite emails with a photo, no response, and at the end of the year, after a follow-up telephone call, I was told "we will not take charge the entire cost of resurfacing, only a 20% discount on the quote excluding tax” when it is sensible, when it is done well, to last at least 15 years… I am very disappointed with such a response and will not return to Roc Eclerc for future funerals. I follow up on the response provided below, much more responsive than by email: indeed work was carried out free of charge: still happy since it was the urn which was unsealed!!! Furthermore, the answer is incorrect since my dad did not die 14 years ago but in October 2014.
