A huge disappointment. I came to buy roses for Valentine's Day, the roses in the shops were superb. Not the ones in my bouquet. I asked the question but the florist told me that it was normal and that they would bloom the next day. I trust she’s the pro. They did not go through the magnificent stage but withered two days later. At the price they were sold for it's a shame.

But where have the nice owners gone? Visited the store this Friday for an order, perhaps I should have ordered online I would have known what I ordered! Certainly too used to having a friendly and professional welcome!

Very warm welcome on the phone for an order to cut plants for a funeral the next morning. The person was patient, my credit card having difficulty getting through. I received several photos of my order. Thank you very much for your efficiency. I'll start again quickly.
