The master of ceremonies was not up to standard at all. Dressed in an inappropriate costume for the situation. He just plugged in the USB key that we had prepared with the photos and music after which he left us alone in the room, telling us that he would come back a quarter of an hour later, he came back in half an hour. hour later. We needed him to adjust the photos (cut off at head level for some) too bad!!!. When he reappeared he simply told us that we could leave because it was over. I asked him why he didn't make this symbolic passage through the door (to see my 47-year-old son leave) no, I had to go out too.
This character (Sébastien) needs a good lesson in motivation and respect. All our friends present were outraged. We discussed this with the funeral director who accompanied us.
It would be good practice for you to avoid in the future

Kindness and benevolence were the key words of the crematorium staff. In this difficult moment, the master of ceremonies was perfect with his welcome and his empathy and his responsiveness following a small problem for which the establishment was not even responsible. A big thank you to you.
