The master of ceremonies was not up to standard at all. Dressed in an inappropriate costume for the situation. He just plugged in the USB key that we had prepared with the photos and music after which he left us alone in the room, telling us that he would come back a quarter of an hour later, he came back in half an hour. hour later. We needed him to adjust the photos (cut off at head level for some) too bad!!!. When he reappeared he simply told us that we could leave because it was over. I asked him why he didn't make this symbolic passage through the door (to see my 47-year-old son leave) no, I had to go out too. This character (Sébastien) needs a good lesson in motivation and respect. All our friends present were outraged. We discussed this with the funeral director who accompanied us. It would be good practice for you to avoid in the future such situations!!!!! Mrs. MENANT A. for the cremation of my son RAYBAUD-MENANT Hervé on May 22 at 5 p.m.

I can only praise the kindness, professionalism, kindness and empathy of all the staff who took care of the before, after and the ceremony for my dad this Saturday, April 13. They bent over backwards to find the music that accompanied this unexpected farewell. I will be grateful to them for everything until my last days.

Ceremony for my grandfather Jean-Paul today, being in the profession I thought I would see the slightest little error. I was very wrong, a wonderful team, attentive and a religious ceremony perfectly organized whether you are a believer or not. Thank you for this moment of emotion and sharing. Hoping to see you again as soon as possible :)

Very good staff who take into account people's pain and know how to adapt. A special mention to Jules who is a wonderful master of ceremonies. Thanks to him, this painful moment became a very beautiful moment, personalized thanks to him. His ideas are wonderful. An excellent companion. As for Yoan, who was there for the scattering of the ashes in the memorial garden, he is an excellent companion. I hope you fall as well as I did in these painful moments!!!

Kindness and benevolence were the key words of the crematorium staff. In this difficult moment, the master of ceremonies was perfect with his welcome and his empathy and his responsiveness following a small problem for which the establishment was not even responsible. A big thank you to you.
